The A35 was surfaced last summer between Wilmington & Honiton. It was surface dressed badly and it failed. Who is responsible to fix this? I have been reporting this to Balfour Beaty for a year with no success. Who at National Highways looks after this road ? Someone needs to take responsibility

Location: A30/303 on Redducks Hill above Stoneburrow and Bear Ashoka cottages.Roadworks this week have now left two manhole/drain covers loose in some way in westbound side of A303 and this results in loud bangs each time a vehicle passes over them. As you can imagine there is constant traffic day and night . This is a double concern - the constant noise and the safety aspect, it cannot be fitted correctly?
