Trees and vegetation over grown

It’s difficult to pass by as the garden has over grown on to the foot path, which pushes pedestrians closer to the road, garden looks unkept and the large conifers have grown over the road , have observed busses and trucks hitting larger branches, pedestrians could be at risk.
