Hedge by the side of roundabout overgrown

The hedge by the side of the roundabout between the Warminster Road and A361 is overgrown. Its dangerous as its obscuring the view of pedestrians who are trying to use the crossing point, heading toward White Row. The cars disappear behind the hedge as they come around the roundabout.
Can the hedge be cut back as far as possible please. So that when your waiting to cross the road you have a clear line of sight of the cars and the car drivers can see pedestrians who maybe waiting to cross or already in the road. Thank you.
