Flags attached to lamp posts on bridge over

On bridge over M43 near junction4 there are numerous flags attached to the lamp posts. These are of concern for two reasons … 1. they distract drivers on the motorway potentially leading to accidents 2. They are union jacks and St George’s cross… these flags are currently being used to rule an anti immigration racist narrative and as such cause offence to me and many others They should be removed

    We have passed this to one of our local inspectors to confirm that this is on our property. Safety is our priority and we do all we can to protect those who use our roads. Items such as flags attached to a bridge could pose a danger to motorists on the road below and so may need to be removed for safety reasons.
