Overgrowth tree/bushes

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope you are well.

I am writing to report that the bushes on the other side of fence have become heavily overgrown and are now growing through the fence into my garden and also into shared side path used for taking rubbish out and also start touching my house. This is inbetween Chownmill roundabout and estate. I believe this was cleaned, cut down 2 or max 3years ago.

The overgrowth is causing inconvenience and may damage the fence if it is not cut back, I keep to maintain but this is only me as I am closeses and last house to this area. I would be grateful if someone could inspect the area and arrange for the bushes to be trimmed as soon as possible.

Please let me know if you require any further information, as I taken pictures as evidence.
