Light phasing wrong

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9904182.

The lights are not phasing correctly so when busy the roundabout is entered by people who cannot exit, more people join from another direction and cannot merge. I have witnessed many almost collisions at rush hour.
