Access gate

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9899920.

Access gate from A5 leading to old watling st WSW11 8JA which is normally chained and padlocked was recently found unlocked and open. few days later gate was closed but not padlocked and chain and padlock seems to be missing. i understand the gate and access rd is used for overnight parking for heavy and wide loads. i have concerns that this access rd will be used by unauthorised vehicles
