Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9899083.

This was reported to you on the 20th January and has still not been litter picked, why not this resembles a rubbish dump and an absolute disgrace. Please sort as a matter of urgency or I will contact my MP and the department of transport.
