Fencing along this area is damaged and not safe

I am writing to raise a serious safety and environmental concern regarding the strategic road network directly outside my property on the A46 in Little Beckford, where I have resided for the past 12 years. Over the last decade, traffic volume, noise, and air pollution have significantly escalated. While I am aware of proposed traffic flow plans for the village, these do not address the immediate, dangerous state of the boundary fencing directly opposite my home. The existing fence is currently falling down and structurally failing along the side of cheltenham road and the A46. This presents two critical issues that require your immediate intervention:

Severe Safety Hazard: Because the fence has started to collapsed and is completely inadequate, children or animals could easily bypass it and access the live, high-speed lanes of the A46. This poses an imminent risk of a serious collision. [1] Environmental & Health Impact: The compromised fence offers absolutely no barrier against the surging levels of road noise and exhaust pollution entering my property.Given the structural failure of this highway asset, the fence must be removed and replaced with a high-performance acoustic fence to protect local residents from the documented health impacts of heavy road traffic noise and emission.
