Lots of litter on the Grass bank on the side of the motor way

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9884764.

Large amounts of litter has accumulated on the grass bank connected to the m60 motor way.

The area in question is fenced off to the public as it leads on the motorway.

This has been a dumping ground for over 5 years. And has gotten to the point where it has to be addressed.
