Reform Protest

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9881903.

A small Reform protest is on the road crossing the M25. They have banners on the railings, including one saying "Stop the invasion" and are waving flags. This is distracting drivers, causing significant congestion and appears to have resulted in an accident, with a car running into the back of another near to the bridge.
