Sinking hole appearing again

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9864522.

I noticed that the sink hole that opened up in the middle lane (south bound) a couple of years ago is starting to dip again. It has been filled a few times and re-surfaced but it keeps occurring. What is wrong with the structure of the road underneath this hole and why does it keep happening? Best to check it out before it gets too bad again!
