Growth affecting my satellite signal

I live at 282 Robin Hood lane ME5 9QR. The highways agency land next to my property is very overgrown and is now starting to affect my satellite signal. Please could you arrange to have it cleared Many thanks

We’ve a wide network of trees to manage across the south of England and are required to concentrate our efforts on customer safety and tree health within our maintainable boundaries.
Tall trees blocking sunlight, leaf fall, seeding or bird droppings aren’t included within these maintenance requirements. For vegetation located away from the immediate carriageway, on land owned by us, we adopt a policy of allowing natural growth unless it presents a safety concern. Only dead, damaged trees or vegetation which is considered a safety risk will be maintained as part of our 3 yearly survey inspection programmes. Maintenance is only carried out on trees that are dead, damaged, or classified as hazardous. Vegetation related costs are included in our broader maintenance and repair budget, which encompasses all aspects of network upkeep. Our highest priorities are addressing safety concerns and infrastructure defects across our vast national network. Unfortunately, it’s not feasible to conduct a pruning service tailored to individual resident preferences for general vegetation growth near our land. Should you choose to reduce any vegetation intruding onto your property, then legally you are entitled to reduce this vegetation within the boundary of your property without requiring our permission.
If you believe the vegetation or trees your querying pose a safety risk, please email us with the exact location of the trees and vegetation in question at info@nationalhighways.co.uk. Please include clear photos of the trees and affected areas, as this will help us look into this matter further.
