Defective hoghways manhole cover

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9803979.

Manhole has broken in grass verge, likely due to tractor cutting hedge. Apparently someone fell in it and police had attended. Red barrier around the manhole on opposite side of a64 to crambeck village. Not a yorkshire water manhole. HEALTH AND SAFETY RISK.
