Signage and Cones on hard shoulder

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9799633.

On the A2 London-bound slip road at Dartford Heath there are roadworks signs and cones on the hard shoulder (making it inaccessible). These have been in place for a very long time. No work is taking place as there is dirt around the cones where they are never moved. Please see attached photos or just look on Google Street View. This is a safety issue. If a vehicle was to break down here, the vehicle would have to stay on the carriageway because the hard shoulder is inaccessible. Please can this equipment be removed? Regards

  • This has still not been rectified. It is a safety risk as the hard shoulder is closed. If a vehicle breaks down at that location, there where to pull over
