Surface Rippled

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9794698.

The road has rippled on the inside lane and is VERY dangerous when I try to leave the motorway at the southbound Junction. There WILL be a serious accident very soon if not addressed. I will not use this exit anymore due to the dangerous nature of the road.
