Traffic lights on A34 slip road not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9780035.

The traffic lights coming off the A34 northbound by Hinksey Hill / Oxford ring road are not working, so traffic is building on the slip road and onto the carriageway (more than usual for rush hour as cars on the roundabout aren’t letting anyone through). The following traffic lights (just before the exit for the slip road to go back onto the A34 going North) also aren’t working
