Excessive new road noise

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9772508.

The pin is an approximate location . Depending on weather conditions (wind directions or rain) this new road noise can be extremely excessive . The loud droning in heavy fast traffic is severe noise pollution. Are new road surfaces being trialled on different sections on the A38 ? Some days it seams like a jet plane is in my garden!!
