Contractors working insanely on A46

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9761223.

On 8th July Map group had two van on the N direction of the A46 completing telecoms cabling works from chamber to chamber , no signs , the 2nd van closed the left lane of the carriageway and only used a blue arrow with small cones on a taper of about 10m , not acceptable on a 70mph road and very dangerous for road users and the workers
