Consider yellow box

When cars come off the SB slip road off the M40 onto J9 roundabout, they will continue through the lights and block the junction - especially lorries - when the lights turn red on the roundabout but the lights for the slip road are still green. This means that traffic coming around the roundabout from the A34 or NB exit to go onto the A41 into Bicester cannot move off before the lights change again and the M40 SB exit can keep entering the roundabout. Please consider painting a yellow box here to prevent people entering the roundabout when the exit isn’t clear.
