Complete failure of work

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9750991.

They have shut the road with no prior warning. I have had to go over 20 miles out of my way to get home. Doing this I ran out of petrol, and it has probably seriously damaged my vehicle. Workers did not care. I was compensation for the petrol. It is unacceptable.
