Unroadworthy cars parked under bridge

Up to 4 cars being parked under M1 bridge on the roadside in Tingrith on a daily basis. The cars are usually untaxed and sometimes damaged. This has been going on for a couple of months. There have also been several cars burnt out around the village in recent months.
