Failing surface in 2 areas

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9735212.

Surface has failed on the outside lane of the roundabout in 2 areas, both are in close proximity to each other. Not only are there large holes but the failed surface appears to have created 2 mounds of tarmac. Very dangerous.
