Uneven surface - like hitting a speed bump at 70

This unevenness has been prevalent for a long time, however it seems to have gotten exponentially worse in a short space of time, to the point it has now damaged my car.

Where the road surface has been relayed, the join is too high and has created basically a very hard speed bump. Hitting this at speed has damaged the steering and suspension components on my vehicle. It needs to be addressed ASAP, and I will seeking compensation for the repairs on my vehicle, as it is totally unavoidable if continuing on from the A20 and is going to potentially cause a serious accident if left as it is.
