Sycamore too close to horses (one tree)

Thank you for your reply. I do find this a disappointing response, as this ONE tree is the only sycamore in amongst all the unharmful trees surrounding our fields. So this ONE tree would be wholly responsible for any risk to the horses. By removing this one tree (not mass felling of healthy trees) this almost completely removes any risk to the horses, as we have no other sycamores in tge area for seeds to travel to our fields. As for seedlings, the removal of the tree may cause seedlings initially but these are easily removed by us by hand but we cannot protect our horses from the seeds getting into our field from this one tree, that could so easily be removed? I ask that you reconsider your policies, as if any of our horses do get poisoned by the sycamore, it is your one tree that will be responsible. I will be sending your reply to my vet and to the British horse society, to ask them for advice and to ensure your response is recorded, should we need it. I really hope you will reconsider, given that it is one tree and I look forward to hearing from you.
