Traffic lights don’t work in the early hours

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9720563.

Turning off Hooton road onto the A41 the traffic lights do not turn green. I waited several minutes, people on the A41 can’t turn left onto Hooton road either because that light doesn’t turn green.
