Sign missing/damaged

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9696563.

The sign on the middle divider on the london bound entrance slip is missing. The sign opposite is present but be blocked my traffic holding in the middle. Only sign visible is a no entry sign on the exit slip, this is causing confusion
