Hello, we farm along side the M42, during the works for the new jct6A soil was replaced on our land and on the embankment which has now brought ragwort seeds with it which are now growing. Under UK law it is illegal to allow ragwort to grow near fields with livestock. Can someone please contact me to arrange removal of the ragwort on our land from the soil Skanska made our field back up with and also remove it on the embankment next to our field.
