Whole road is disintegrating

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9619417.

The road where the m58 exit slip road meets the roundabout is disintegrating. Pot holes all over damaging cars. Road lines are none existent. You cannot see that you have to stop at the roundabout. It has become extremely dangerous
