Worker sleeping in car at temporary traffic lights that have not been used for more than 2 weeks

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9602669.

I am trying to report that there are still traffic lights pushed to the side on this part of the road. This is ok, however someone is being paid to sleep in a car next to them even though they have not been in service for at least 2 weeks. I want to report this as someone is paying for this person to be there.

    These lights have actually been put in place by Southern Water which means I’d unfortunately be unable to comment on the reason they’re in place and for how long.
