Why are you continuing to test the signs as created a mandatory 50 limit it is intensely frustrating and infuriating as no works are being carried out the years and year s of delays and contraflow is over and the huge amount of stress inconvenience and delays are finished and you have finally reopened the road and yet you have imposed a mandatory speed limit. for weeks on end. for "sign testing". people do have work to go to lives to live business to run and the this is just ridiculous enforcement for no issue whatsoever other than to irritate and frustrate people. Please justify what you are doing and why as it's beyond a joke now.
