Debris on white hatchings at m1 jct 33 north

There is debris on the white hatchlings on jct 33 m1 north. There is a lot of debris in general on this section of m1 on the road surface between jct 31 to 33. Why doesn’t the contractor or mobile highways officers detect and clear more of this?

    We’ve had numerous patrols in the area today and cleared debris from live lane, anything from the verge will be cleared under planned cyclic works as they do not pose a safety issue.
