Cars on central reservation

Seems the car dealership uses the central reservation to park cars and use the central reservation for storage of cars for sale. Not sure why they get away with this.

  • I really am unsure why cars are allowed to park on the Central reservation and why they are not ticketed. The drivers open the doors onto dual carriageway and there is a health and safety risk. Why is the council not tackling this illegal activity?
