Multiple blocked drains

Reported via mobile in the Flooding/drainage (NH) category anonymously at 15:28, Wednesday 3 June 2026

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9555308.

Moderated by automated at 15:28, Wednesday 3 June 2026

This is thr second time this has been reported this year. The road water from the blocked drains are flooding my driveway and it reaches my home. I have video and photographs to show this. Please be aware this problem occurred over a year ago in Jan 2025 with the same effect. A team came out and assessed but also advised to not hold our breath for a solution to which a complaint was further made with emails sent of the problems. Please see REF National Highways response to drainage on the A45 - Ref 23286907 NHHC:[phone removed]. I hope for a response and resolution soon on this new issue. The drain outside my property has mud and debris in this which can be seen when the weather is dry as the drain water reduces slowly but floods when wet.
