Putting a new fence nearer the road

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9554867.

A fence is being built at Dial House and as a result the fence is nearer to the A5. My concern is that a water supply comes along the verge of the A5 going past Dial House When the water pipes were laid we were made aware that we were not allowed to work on the verge without prior approval as other services may be along the verge The fence posts have been installed on grass and tarmac parts of the verge and are substantial
