TMS haulage vehicle losing large litter from top of lorry onto carriageway and other traffic. Danger to following traffic and hazardous to the environment. TMS haulage Reg Number Y599TMS 7.34am. Net over rear of lorry either torn or not fixed properly allowing large scale spillage.
