Stuck on red

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9536852.

The lights are stuck in red on the 2nd exit (as you come off the A45 travelling westbound) just as you go onto the lumbertubs way. I was stuck there for 3-5 minutes.
