Pipe underneath elevated section of A34 is leaking

There are two large pipes underneath the elevated section of the A34 where it crosses the Oxford Canal. One of these pipes is damaged, and is leaking water down to the land below. The water is puddling on the land to the west of the canal towpath. This is most easily seen from the canal towpath, north-east of the Oxford North development.
