Missing Fence Panel and damaged fence panel obstructing the footbridgr.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9526336.

A fence panel has fallen down obstructing the footpath\bridleway and exposing users to the traffic on the A453. As this is used by riders on horseback this gap with often heavy traffic flashing by is a hazard. This is the second time I have reported this as I am concerned that a horse will spook with potentially serious consequences.

    If any work is needed, they will arrange for this to happen. Should no immediate work be required we will continue to monitor this during our regular inspections.

    Although we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales do vary as we try to minimise disruption to customers by combining activities into single closures and always ensuring the safety of our people.
