Missing sign

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9519146.

West bound sign missing for at least 10 years. sign indicates junction ahead. seen many accidents on smallways junction due to vehicle swerving off the road at last second. And the junction at Smallways has a lot of loose chippings off the driving line. which when driven over causes loss of control.

    With regards to the loose chippings, we’ve passed this report to our maintenance team and requested they attend this location and assess the issue. If any work is needed, they will arrange for this to happen.
