Traffic lights facing the wrong direction. Again.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9498084.

Approaching westbound from the new bypass, the first nearside set of lights has spun round to face traffic on Mains Lane and appears to change direction when the wind blows. This is the third time I have reported it. It's not rocket science. The post needs fixing in place before there is a collision. Thanks
