Sign has fallen over into my garden

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9490696.

Sign leading onto dual carriageway in front of our house has rusted off and fallen across path into our fence. We have moved it to the side but it’s heavy and currently no sign in place
