Central area sign reads "END"

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9489845.

Travelling northbound, the central reservation matrix sign ref 50859 always (or nearly always?) says "END", but there is never any previous message. It appears to be stick on "END". And travelling southbound there has often been a matrix sign warning of "Queue on slip road" and the speed limit has been reduced to 40, but I have not seen a queue on the slip road or any reason for the speed limit to be reduced. This is dangerous as some people reduce their speed to 40, while others, who are aware of this common notification ignore it.
