Growth intruding onto carriageway

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9483044.

The bushes /trees on the south side of the A36 are progressively encroaching onto the carriageway. This presents a problem for cyclists ( including me) who are forced out towards the centre of an often busy main road.

  • I reported this on 20 May and understand it was referred to National Highways. Nothing has been done.

  • This complaint was acknowledged but when using the road, you cycle near the middle of the lane not against the hedge, the hedges are not encroaching
