Fencing

I have previously reported my concerns about this. The wired fencing that separates Teign walk from the A27 was vandalised over 6 months ago outside of 18 Teign walk. Pedestrians are using this as a short cut to bring mopeds/bikes etc through the fence - recently there has been large groups of teenagers who are accessing the A27 through this gap and running across the dual carriage way - this is becoming extremely dangerous and i fear there is going to be a fatality unless this is dealt with soon.
