Newly installed lights wrong sequence

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9463561.

Back in February it was reported that the sequence of the lights had changed giving priority to non existent pedestrians. Please See Highways Reference Number: 296465 We were told the main reason for this was traffic signal controller was very old and now classed as obsolete. This fault is causing permanent demand to pedestrians every cycle. But new lights had been scheduled for April. Great and that has happened. But it seems the contractor didn’t get the memo about the original fault as the new lights have been set to do exactly the same thing. Permanent demand to pedestrians every cycle! These works have not achieved anything. Surely it’s now just a simple IT fix needed to prevent the traffic backing up through Burpham.
