Incorrect sequencing of new traffic lights

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9461550.

Works to the traffic lights on clay lane/with the junction to the A3, despite being "fixed" constant red light for traffic heading towards Jacobs Well when no-one is crossing, causing big queues and continued delays to traffic. These lights and road has been subject to "repair works" for the last 2 weeks and the issue has not been fixed.
