Multiple lights not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9444631.

A large number of sign lights have failed on the A38, Western Mill junction. Units numbered 24a, 22b, 23a, 23b, 40, 38, 37, 36, 35, 34, 33, 27, 25, 24.
