Growth blocking view

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9442552.

Bushes have grown and are blocking view towards Whinwhistle Road for cars turning out of Blackhill Road particularly by the 40 sign. I feel this is making the junction very dangerous especially in the morning with the sun causing shadows. Thank you

  • Thank you for contacting National Highways concerning overgrown vegetation.

    We carry out regular inspections of all our routes and cut the vegetation back where we find that it is limiting visibility of road signs or other traffic. Your concerns have been passed to our maintenance team. They’ll inspect the area shortly and, if necessary, arrange for vegetation to be cut.
