Large Long Pothole

Deep Long Pothole forming on slip road where previous repair has failed. Pothole goes all the way up slip road and causes cars to swerve to avoid, get dragged into the pothole and unable to get out and also poses serious threat to motorbikes especially because its a 70mph slip road.
